Global Positioning System (GPS) Electronic Monitoring is a 24/7 supervision program used to track and monitor clients required to abide by a curfew or remain in their home as an alternative to incarceration or as a condition of sentencing (probation or parole).

Exact location data is tracked and reported by an electronic device (either an ankle monitor, watch, or smartphone app) to ensure compliance with program requirements.

There are fees associated with an Electronic Monitoring program. Associated costs include an installation fee and a recurring monthly monitoring fee. As all costs are the sole responsibility of the client, we will work with you to create a customized solution to help you meet and successfully complete your program requirements.

We strongly recommend that you consult with your medical professional about the presence of your electronic monitoring device BEFORE any medical procedures. You should also contact your supervising agency immediately if the device is medically required to be removed.

Yes, you can shower with the monitoring device, but we strongly recommend that you keep it as dry as possible. The device should NOT be submerged in water (no baths or swimming) as it may damage the device.

Please note: You are solely responsible for all damages and can also incur a violation of your program requirements.

The monitoring center may be able to communicate with you through the monitoring device and record/report any communications that may be a violation of the terms of your electronic monitoring program.

You can be notified via text message, phone call, and or email so it is important that we have your current contact information on file and that you respond in a timely manner.

We are obligated to report any noncompliance issues to your court, agency, or referring partner. We prepare the necessary reports and deliver them as soon as the data is available. However, it is the decision of the court, agency, or referring partner to determine if you will face any repercussions for noncompliance issues.
